Industrial Facility Simulation

A series of 3D simulations and graphic renderings showcasing an intelligent warehouse that could store and pack 300 screw boxes. Structural and engineering details included industrial components such as a PLC and an HMI, and electronic/mechanical devices such as AMRs, robots, conveyors and trolleys.

Robotics and Automation

An assortment of images featuring an Automated Guided Vehicle with code overlay and its design, and an automated robotic arm. The AGV could carry 10kg up a 5° slope; with a 0.23 m/s maximum velocity when navigating through a straight line.

Electronics and Instrumentation

A compilation of a control engineering project - a hybrid heater: solar and electric - with electronic components (such as a microcontroller, a solenoid valve and a light sensor), schematics, and program parameters. The water would be heated to 40°C using the solar heater; afterward, the system would be deactivated, and the electric heater would then be activated to raise the water temperature up to 65°C.

Data Analysis and AI

A project leveraging data analytics, machine learning, AI, web design, and visualizations to make predictions of future resignations from employees in Liverpool, taking as framework a demographic and historical data analysis of ex-employees.

Engineering Workshop Collaboration

A glimpse into the BAJA SAE team - a group of students working on manufacturing an all-terrain vehicle; and a SolidWorks CAD certificate. I collaborated within two areas: Armor and suspension. We cut, grind and weld the chassis of an all-terrain vehicle.

Mechanical Engineering Prototypes

A collection of 3D models and renderings showcasing mechanical engineering prototype designs - or CADs - done in the software SolidWorks: a coffee pot, an electric sharpener, and a garbage collector.

Control Engineering and Pneumatic Cylinders

This section features highlights of Control Engineering and Pneumatic Cylinders, including actuating pneumatic cylinders (virtual and on-site), manipulating tire speed and angle of an unmmaned Mars vehicle; the control of a light bulb's lighting with a potentiometer and its behavior's visualization in an oscilloscope.
